Scaffolding protection requirements 1
1) Scaffolding work layer protection requirements
Scaffolding: The scaffolding work layer should be full of scaffolding, the board and the board are close to each other, leaving the wall 120-150mm; when the gap between the working layer scaffold and the building is greater than 150mm, protective measures should be taken. The scaffolding board should generally be at least two layers, with the upper layer being the working layer and the lower layer being the protective layer. When only one layer of scaffolding is set, a layered net should be placed under the scaffolding board. The scaffolding from the top working layer should be covered with a layer of scaffolding every 12m. Protective railings and footrests: should be placed on the inside of the outer pole; the height of the upper railing should be 1.2m; the height of the footrest should be 180mm; the middle rail should be centered. Mesh net and pocket net: The inside of the scaffolding outside the pole is closed by a dense mesh safety net. The dense mesh must be fastened to the scaffold tube every 45cm around the net with a tether that meets the requirements. The first floor of the building should be set up with a net, and one layer should be set up every 3 layers, and the working layer should be set with the layer net. The net should be flat nets that meet the quality requirements, and tied with a tether. There should be no loopholes. Do not use if the mesh and the net are damaged.
(2) Setting requirements for wall parts
In addition to meeting the calculation requirements, the arrangement spacing of the connected wall parts should not be greater than the maximum spacing; the wall part should be set close to the main node, and the distance from the main node should not be greater than 300mm; it should be set from the first step of the vertical level horizontal bar, otherwise It should be fixed by other reliable measures; it should be preferentially arranged in a diamond shape or square or rectangular; the two ends of the inline and open scaffolding must be provided with wall members, and the vertical spacing of the wall members should not be greater than the height of the building. , should not be greater than 4m; single or double-row frame with height less than 24m, should be rigidly connected with the building with rigid wall parts, or use the wall connection method of lacing and top support. The flexible joint wall of the rib; the double frame with the height of 24m or more must be rigidly connected with the building by the rigid wall member; the connecting wall rod or the lacing bar in the wall part should be horizontally set, and when it cannot be horizontally set, it is connected with the scaffolding. One end should be connected diagonally and the upper oblique connection should not be used.
