What are the safety precautions for scaffolding 2 ?
Issue Time:2019-10-18
Second, scaffolding accident prevention measures
(1) Strictly implement the safety operation procedures for scaffolding and dismantling
1. Scaffolding work layer protection requirements
Scaffolding: The scaffolding work layer should be fully covered with scaffolding, and the board and the board should be close to each other; when the gap between the scaffolding board and the building is greater than 150mm, protective measures should be taken.
Safety net: The safety net should adopt a flat net that meets the quality requirements and be fastened with a tether. There must be no loopholes. Do not use the safety net when it is damaged.
2. Setting requirements for wall parts
In addition to meeting the calculation requirements, the arrangement spacing of the connected wall parts should not be greater than the maximum spacing; the wall parts should be set close to the main node, and the distance from the main node should be no more than 300mm; the setting should be started from the first step vertical horizontal bar of the bottom layer, otherwise It should be fixed by other reliable measures; it should be preferentially arranged in a diamond shape or square or rectangular; the two ends of the inline and open scaffolding must be provided with wall members, and the vertical spacing of the wall members should not be greater than the height of the building. , should not be greater than 4m; single or double-row frame with height less than 24m, should be rigidly connected with the building with rigid wall parts, or use the wall connection method of lacing and top support. The flexible wall joint of the rib; the double-row frame with a height of 24m or more must be rigidly connected with the building by rigid wall members; the connecting wall rod or the lacing bar in the wall part should be horizontally set, when it is not horizontally set, and the scaffolding The end of the connection should be connected diagonally and the upper oblique connection should not be used.
3. Scissor support setting requirements
Each group of scissors supports 5 to 7 poles across the pole; single and double row scaffolds with a height of 24 m or less must be set at each end of the outer façade, and the bottom to the top are continuously set with the erection of the scaffold; For double-row frames with a height of more than 24m, the outer façade must be continuously set along the length and height; the scissor struts should be connected with the vertical rod and the extended horizontal horizontal rod; the length of the scissors struts is overlapped.
4. Horizontal horizontal pole setting requirements
A horizontal horizontal rod must be set at the main node, which is fastened with right angle fasteners and is strictly forbidden to be removed. The horizontal horizontal rods at the non-main node on the working layer should be set at equal intervals according to the needs of the supporting scaffolding board. The maximum spacing should not be greater than the vertical spacing. 1/2 of the distance; when using steel scaffolding, wooden scaffolding, and bamboo scaffolding scaffolding, the horizontal horizontal rods of the double-row frame should be fixed at right angles on both ends of the horizontal horizontal rod.
5. Scaffolding removal requirements
Preparation before dismantling: comprehensively check whether the fastener connection of the scaffolding, the wall part and the supporting system meet the construction requirements; according to the inspection results, the demolition sequence and measures in the construction plan are supplemented and implemented, and approved by the competent department; The person carries out the dismantling safety technology; clears the debris on the scaffolding and the ground obstacles.
When dismantling, it should be done: the demolition work must be carried out from top to bottom, and it is strictly prohibited to work up and down at the same time; the wall parts must be removed layer by layer with the scaffolding. It is strictly forbidden to remove the whole or multiple layers of the wall parts and then remove the scaffolding; When the scaffolding is removed to the height of the last long pole of the lower part, the temporary reinforcement shall be erected at the appropriate position before the wall member is removed; when the scaffolding section and the separation surface are removed, the two ends of the scaffold not removed shall be removed. The wall joints and the transverse diagonal braces shall be reinforced according to the requirements of the specifications; the components are strictly prohibited from being thrown to the ground.
(2) How to strengthen the safety inspection of scaffolding construction
1. Pay attention to clean the materials falling on the scaffold surface at any time during the operation, keep the scaffolding surface clean and regular, and do not pile up materials and tools, so as not to affect the safety of work or accidents.
2, in the operation of squatting, pulling, pushing, etc., pay attention to take the correct posture, fasten the seat belt, beware of physical instability, fall, fall or throw things out. When removing the formwork on the scaffolding, the necessary supporting measures should be taken to prevent the removed material from falling out of the frame.
3. When the height of the scaffolding surface is not enough and needs to be raised, it is necessary to adopt a stable and reliable method, and the height should not exceed 50cm, and the safety protection facilities should be increased; when it exceeds 50cm, it must be redesigned and approved according to the procedure.
4. When transporting materials on the scaffolding surface, the personnel should be promptly signaled to draw the attention of others. The materials should be lightly placed and placed, and dumping, mammoth or other unloading methods are not allowed.
5, it is forbidden to play on the scaffolding, sleep or sit on the crossbar to rest, not to rush and run, to maintain physical balance when avoiding each other.
