Economical comparison between the ringlock and traditional scaffolding.
When we have received the ringlock scaffolding products from the ringlock scaffolding manufacturer, we have to make plans to relieve the best economical effects of them. Then how can we make it come true? And let us take some reference from some finished projects.
Take the B1 main bridge line of the 108 national road: the B1 main bridge is in the structure of 4 span prestressed concrete successive box beam, which has a much complicated terrain. The vertical height deviation along the bridge is increasing and one of the bridge ends is connecting to the bridge tunnel. Then what is the optimized plan of the ringlock scaffolding products in the project.
The transverse and longitudinal space of the line frame shall be 1.5 meters and part of them shall be adjusted by the flat tubes of the length ranges of 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, and 1.8m. The standing tubes shall be set the top jack and the main keel shall use the double tubes of S-150 aluminum alloyed beam which should be set transversely. The space between them shall be the same as that of the line frame.
